Nine assays in one

nineassays

The AMLprofiler replaces 9 separate assays based on 3 different technologies: cytogenetics, mutation analysis and expression analysis.

One Diagnostic Test Combining Nine Assays

In one single test, the AMLprofiler replaces 9 separate assays based on 3 different technologies: cytogenetics, mutation analysis and expression analysis. The AMLprofiler detects t(8;21), t(15;17) and inv(16), NPM1 mutation types A, B and D, as well as CEBPA double mutants. Also, expression levels of the 4 prognostic genes EVI1 BAALC, MN1 and ERG are determined. FLT3 mutation detection is not part of the AMLprofiler and may be performed separately.

MN1 and ERG expression parameters are for research use only.
